Founding Director of Little Russia Association of Canada Adel Naftaliev and participants of Veterans Committee attended annual conference of Coordination Council of Russian Compatriots in Canada where he was elected as a regional representative in Toronto, Ontario.

Members of Little Russia Association of Canada and participants of Veteran Committee attended breakfast reception hosted by Canadian Jewish War Veterans to present the Memorial Honoring those servicemen and women who served in the armed forces of Canada and Allied Forces to the Minister of Veteran Affairs of Canada.

Remembrance Day! Members of Little Russia Association of Canada and participants of Veterans Committee attended UJA Federation to pay tribute to the fallen soldiers. On the same day Canadian Jewish War Veterans unveiled the Memorial Honoring those servicemen and women who served in the armed forces of Canada and Allied Forces. From those who attended were MPP Peter Shurman, MP Mark Adler, MPP Monte Kwinter, City Councilor James Pasternak, Consul General of Israel Amir. R. Gissin and Vice-Consul of the Russian Federation in Ottawa Alexander Bolesheev.

On behalf of the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Canada G.E.Mamedov, Mr. Bolesheev presented Nuremberg Trial Documents to the UJA Federation and Archives Department.

Members of Little Russia Association of Canada and participants of Veterans Committee attended 10th Anniversary a special educational and recruitment reception, hosted by the Memory Project Speakers Bureau. Memory Project event is sponsored by Veterans Affairs Canada and Department of Canadian Heritage. The goal is to encourage veterans and currently serving Canadian Forces personnel to share their service experiences with young people across the country.

Little Russia Chamber of Commerce attended CERBA International Construction Conference. A conference provided networking opportunities, conference panels, and specific roundtable sessions on such issues as: Industry Regulatory Environment - Land Development - Sustainable Planning and Design - Civil Infrastructure: Roads, Bridges, Overpasses, and Tunnels.
